Join Jasmine and Eddy for a deep dive into kriyas, preparatory breathwork and connection with cold water therapy.

Cold Water Immersion (CWI) is a form of cold water therapy, which improves the natural recovery process of the human body. We will connect with all the natural elements in this workshop; by cultivating a connection with the glacier fed waters of the powerful Banff vortex. Beginning the morning practice with repetitive intuitive movement and kriyas, to then lie down into the support of the earth and using potent breath-work before your cold water immersion. Once you exit the water and absorb the sensation, you will bring in intuitive movement in the physical body. The invitation is to take in this experience by observing the body while sipping tea next to a wood burning fire and admire the breathtaking vistas of Banff National Park.

Cold Water Immersion is a meaningful way to activate the body’s natural healing powers. When practiced on a regular basis, the positive effects of exposure to cold last longer and become more attuned in your physical and energetic bodies. Over time, Cold Water Immersion improves your cardiovascular circulation, reduces muscle inflammation, and a deep connection with controlling the mind.
