VIP & VVIP Are Unlimited of everything.

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
We have a Looping shuttle from Norquay to the Train Station Each Morning and Evening.

Friday
1:00pm-3:00pm
6:00pm-10pm (Last session ends at 9:30)

Saturday:
8am-10am
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Last session ends at 9:30 PM)

Sunday:
8:30-10am

This shuttle requires the Shuttle Add on, or the VIP Pass. If you are a VIP or have booked the shuttle, you will be sent this information.

Through mindful, breath-led transitions and simple, controlled sequences, you’ll explore how slowing down can deepen your connection to your body. This practice also aims to support your nervous system capacity and tissue awareness, helping you to better understand how your body responds, adapts, and builds resilience over time. Blending elements of yoga, functional movement, and nervous system support, this practice is both grounding and empowering.

Leave feeling more connected, more present, and with a deeper understanding of how awareness shapes the way we move, feel, and build strength.
