We have a Looping shuttle from Norquay to the Train Station Each Morning and Evening.

Friday
1:00pm-3:00pm
6:00pm-10pm (Last session ends at 9:30)

Saturday:
8am-10am
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Last session ends at 9:30 PM)

Sunday:
8:30-10am

This shuttle requires the Shuttle Add on, or the VIP Pass. If you are a VIP or have booked the shuttle, you will be sent this information.

A workshop devoted to falling in love with being upside down and the process of learning.

Through playful progressions we will explore headstand, forearm balance, and handstands while building the shoulder strength and core intelligence that make inversions feel light and steady. Somewhere between the wobble and the courage it takes to kick up, you will learn the language of self trust, the freedom to fall while trying, and the quiet joy of being fully on your side.
