Kiyah is a Pilates and Yoga instructor based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She began teaching five years ago and has always been deeply connected to community and movement. For Kiyah, movement is more than just exercise, but a form of empowerment. Her teaching style blends infectious energy with a grounded, intentional approach.
